Publishing: Curating and publishing the magazine, including selecting articles, overseeing design and layout, and proofreading 

Promoting: Creating awareness of current social issues, informing and inspiring a diverse readership, and developing writing and communication skills 

Reporting: Reporting on the college's activities and student achievements 

Creating documents: Overseeing the creation of documents such as the prospectus and newsletter. 

Updating online presence: Keeping the college website updated and maintaining an active social media presence 

Organizing events: Organizing events and identifying participants 

Taking photos: Taking photographs for the magazine 

Circulating: Circulating the magazine
